Dr. Bowling is the Director of the Behavioral Health and Resource Services Center (BHRSC) at 明星黑料 (B-CU). He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Master’s Level Addictions Professional, and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 20 years of counseling experience. His passion is helping people with substance use disorders, trauma, and a variety of other disorders including depression and anxiety. Dr. Bowling believes that coming together is a beginning; staying together is progress; and working together is success. To enhance wellness, Dr. Bowling makes exercise a regular part of his life, and practices waking up at the same time every morning to promote good sleep habits, prevent fatigue, and increase mental functioning.

Mrs. Abegayle Goldblatt is the B-CU Student Resource Services Specialist. She is a native of Daytona Beach that left after high school and is excited to return to the area.  Abegayle provides student-focused services and information to assist students with accessing both on and off campus resources. She cares deeply about connecting students with the resources they need to ensure their academic and personal success. Her approach is rooted in support and advocacy, as she applies her two decades of work experience in the Higher Education and Counseling sectors to assist students as they navigate the complexities of college life.  She is adept at building rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering a supportive environment where they feel heard and valued. She is inspired by the resilience and strength of the students she works with, and is honored to play a role in their journey towards empowerment and self-sufficiency.  Mrs Goldblatt manages her wellness by walking with her husband, listening to a variety of self-help podcasts, and spending quality time with her family.

Mrs. Gray is a Daytona Beach native who has been a member of the B-CU community for over 4 decades, first as an alumna, then as a staff member. As the administrative assistant for the BHRSC, she is the first point of contact for students and strives to create a welcoming environment for all guests of the counseling center. Mrs. Gray’s wealth of knowledge from her time at B-CU makes her an invaluable resource to the team. For self care, she enjoys going for walks, spending time at the beach, watching movies, and spending time with her grandchildren.
